Our publisher had set a deadline of 15 March, but advised us a few days ago that he had a copy-editor on standby.  This had the effect of throwing a thunderflash into a tree of roosting starlings, but yesterday, away went 389Mb of data. This is wonderful.  I (Peter) slept in this morning.
